We retain your license activation record for as long as your license is active. To request deletion, contact us at support@digital.com.na.

By installing or using Better OOF you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the add-in and contact us for a refund.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Better OOF on one Microsoft 365 mailbox. Business licenses covering multiple mailboxes are available on request.
You may use Better OOF for personal and commercial purposes within the terms of your purchased license.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Contact support@digital.com.na with your order number.
Better OOF is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for missed out-of-office replies caused by Outlook being closed, network outages, or changes to Microsoft's platform.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Better OOF after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia.
